Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToolHubApp at toolshubapp.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. By using ToolHub, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Use of Our Tools

ToolHub provides free and Pro online tools for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Our tools include calculators, video downloaders, caption generators, font tools, and more.

Our tools are provided "as is" for informational and personal use. Results generated by our tools should not replace professional advice in financial, legal, medical, or other regulated fields.

User Accounts

ToolHub offers optional user accounts which enable access to Pro features and payment history. When creating an account:

  • You must provide a valid email address and a secure password
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must verify your email address before you can log in
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You may not share your account with other people or use it to provide Pro access to others
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms

Most ToolHub tools remain accessible without an account. An account is only required to purchase and use Pro features.

Our downloader tools are provided to help users access publicly available content they have the legal right to download — such as their own content or content explicitly shared for download by the creator.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download any content
  • ToolHub does not host, store, or distribute any third-party copyrighted material
  • Using our downloader tools to infringe on copyright is strictly prohibited
  • Do not repost downloaded content as your own without the original creator's permission
  • ToolHub is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from your use of downloader tools

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our tools, ToolHub makes no guarantees regarding completeness, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. This applies to calculator results, AI-generated text, currency exchange rates, and any other tool output.

Tool outputs are for informational purposes only and should not replace qualified professional advice.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use ToolHub for any of the following:

  • Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempting to disrupt, overload, hack, or compromise our servers or infrastructure
  • Using automated bots or scripts to abuse our tools or APIs at scale without prior permission
  • Downloading, distributing, or reproducing copyrighted material without authorization
  • Attempting to bypass subscription checks or access Pro features without a valid paid subscription
  • Sharing, selling, or reselling Pro account access to other users
  • Impersonating ToolHub or misrepresenting your affiliation with us
  • Transmitting malware, viruses, or any malicious code through our platform

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms without prior notice.

Pro Subscription

ToolHub Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional premium features across the platform. The following terms apply to Pro subscriptions:

  • Pro access is for individual, personal use only — it may not be shared or transferred
  • Pro features are activated only after successful payment verification by our team
  • Subscription duration (monthly or yearly) begins from the date of activation, not the date of payment submission
  • Your Pro access will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period unless renewed
  • We reserve the right to modify Pro plan features with reasonable advance notice
  • Free tools will always remain free — Pro plans are for additional premium features only

Payments & Billing

ToolHub currently accepts payments via Bank Transfer (Bank Alfalah) and JazzCash. The following terms apply to all payments:

  • Payments are manually verified by our admin team, typically within a few hours of submission
  • You must submit a clear screenshot or receipt of your transfer along with the correct transaction reference number
  • Submitting false, duplicate, or fraudulent payment information is grounds for immediate account suspension
  • Pricing is displayed in USD; the PKR equivalent shown is based on live exchange rates and is for reference only
  • We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet during the transfer
  • For refund terms, please see our Refund Policy

Each payment generates a unique reference code. Please include this code in your bank transfer description or JazzCash note, and enter it on the checkout page. This helps us verify your payment faster.

Third-Party Services

Some ToolHub tools rely on third-party APIs and services. ToolHub is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Advertising

ToolHub may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for ad content. Ad networks may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All ToolHub content — including design, layout, code, logos, and tool interfaces — is our intellectual property protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

Content you generate using our tools (captions, calculations, fonts) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over outputs you create using ToolHub.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, inaccuracy in tool outputs, payment delays, unauthorized account access, or any other matter relating to the Site.

ToolHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make material changes. Your continued use of ToolHub after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
