• Payment records — payment method (Bank Transfer or JazzCash), amount paid in USD/PKR, transaction reference number, and payment status (pending, approved, rejected)
• Payment receipt — the screenshot or receipt image you upload when submitting a bank or JazzCash payment, stored securely on our server and accessible only to our admin team for verification purposes
• Unique reference code — a unique code generated per transaction to help identify and verify your payment

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

• To create and manage your ToolHub account
• To verify your payment and activate your Pro subscription
