Getting Started

Visit ToolHub

Open your browser and go to toolshubapp.com. You will see the homepage with all tool categories — Calculators, Downloaders, AI Tools, Image Tools, and more.

💡 Tip: No account is needed to use most free tools. Just visit the site and start using them instantly.

Browse Tool Categories

Use the navigation bar or homepage category cards to browse tools. Click any category to see all tools in that section. You can also use the 🔍 search button in the top navigation to find a specific tool by name.

Use a Tool

Click any tool card to open it. Free tools are available to everyone immediately — no login required. Pro tools show a lock icon and require an active Pro subscription.

💡 All free tools are available 24/7 without any account or login. Pro tools have additional advanced features not available in the free version.

Creating Your Account

Sign Up

Click the Login button in the top-right header, then click "Sign Up" at the bottom of the login page. Fill in:

Your full name
Your email address (must be valid — a verification email will be sent)
A password (minimum 6 characters)
Confirm your password

Click Create Account.

Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for an email from ToolHub. Click the Verify My Email button in that email. Your account will be activated immediately.

⚠️ You cannot log in until you verify your email. If you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folder. The verification link expires after 24 hours.

Log In

Go to Login page, enter your email and password, and click Login. Once logged in, your name and plan badge (Free or Pro) will appear in the top-right header of every page.

Forgot Password?

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour. After resetting, log in with your new password.

Upgrading to Pro

Pro unlocks all premium tools, removes feature limits, and gives you priority support. Here's how to upgrade:

Choose a Plan

Visit the Pricing page to view available plans. Toggle between Monthly ($6/mo) and Yearly ($60/yr). The yearly plan saves you 17% — equivalent to 2 months free.

The PKR equivalent is shown in real-time based on the current USD exchange rate — so you always know exactly how much to transfer.

Click "Upgrade to Pro"

Click the Upgrade to Pro button. If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the login page first, and then automatically taken to the checkout page after logging in.

Making a Payment

Select Payment Method

On the checkout page, choose your preferred method:

🏦 Bank Transfer — Bank Alfalah (account details shown on page)
📱 JazzCash — Send Money to the JazzCash number shown

Note Your Reference Code

A unique reference code (e.g., TH-A1-M3K9X) is shown on the checkout page. This is very important.

Copy this code using the Copy button
When making your bank transfer, add this code in the transaction description/note field
For JazzCash, add it in the message/note when sending money
Also enter this code in the form on the checkout page

⚠️ Without this code, verifying your payment may take longer. Always include it in your transfer and in the checkout form.

Transfer the Amount

Send the exact PKR amount shown on the checkout page to the account details displayed. Use the Copy buttons to avoid errors. The page shows the live PKR equivalent based on current exchange rates.

💡 Bank Transfer: After transferring, your bank app will show a Reference/Transaction Number (e.g., Ref#903924946479). Save this.

💡 JazzCash: After sending, note the TID number (e.g., TID:715425207765) from your JazzCash receipt.

Fill in the Checkout Form

Back on the checkout page, fill in:

Your Transaction ID / Reference Number from your bank or JazzCash
The PKR amount you sent (as shown in your bank/JazzCash receipt)

Then take a clear screenshot of your payment confirmation screen.

Upload Your Receipt

Click "Click to upload" or drag and drop your payment screenshot onto the upload area. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF. Maximum file size: 5 MB.

💡 Make sure your screenshot clearly shows: the amount sent, transaction ID/reference number, date and time, and the recipient account/number.

Submit & Wait for Activation

Click "Submit Payment for Review". A confirmation popup will appear showing your reference code — save it for your records.

Our team will review your payment and activate your Pro subscription, typically within a few hours. Once activated, your header badge will change to ⭐ Pro the next time you load the site.

✅ You can check your payment status anytime in My Account → Payment History.

Managing Your Subscription

View Your Subscription Status

Click your name/avatar in the top-right header → click "👤 My Account". Your account dashboard shows:

Current plan (Free or Pro)
Subscription start and end date
Days remaining with a visual progress bar
Complete payment history with statuses

Understanding Payment Statuses

In your payment history, each payment shows one of these statuses:

🔍 In Review — Your payment has been received and is being verified by our team
✅ Active — Payment approved and Pro subscription is active
⏳ Pending — Subscription created but payment not yet verified
❌ Rejected — Payment could not be verified (see Refund Policy for options)

Renewing Your Subscription

ToolHub subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your subscription is about to expire, simply visit the Pricing page again and complete a new payment. Your Pro access will be extended once the new payment is verified.

💡 Yearly plan subscribers get the best value — you only need to renew once per year and save 17% vs monthly.

When Your Subscription Expires

When your Pro subscription expires, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. No action is needed — you won't be charged automatically. Your account remains active and all your payment history is preserved. You can upgrade again at any time.

Getting Support

Check Payment Status First

Before contacting support for payment issues, check your status in My Account. Payments are typically verified within a few hours. If it has been more than 24 hours and your status is still "In Review", then contact us.

Contact Support

Reach us through the Contact page. When reporting a payment issue, always include:

Your registered email address
Your unique Reference Code (shown at checkout and in your payment history)
Your Transaction ID from your bank or JazzCash
The date and amount of your payment
